This is a dark comedy by H Connolly and the light hearted tale of Albert retiring from his job in the Engineering Workshop is overshadowed by the tragic ending. Quite literally Vhari really had to hang around in the cupboard to get on stage with this one.

In the vein of The Donahue Sisters this One Act play set out to entertain, to titillate and to unnerve. The ending was sudden and shocking and Roy's deliverance of heatfelt lines made the hairs on the back of your neck stand up.
